We are looking for someone with:

• A Trade Qualification or relevant butchery management experience
• A passion for quality customer service and food innovation/production
• Strong management & people skills
• A “Positive and can do Attitude”
• Great “Communication Skills” 
• Strong “Organisational Skills” with the ability to prioritise and organise
• “Computer Skills” with a proven understanding of Word & Excel
