Key Responsibilities:

• Produce a wide range of high-quality meat products, including gourmet cuts.
• Maintain exceptional merchandising standards and provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop and introduce innovative meat products and new flavours.
• Mentor and train new butchers, inspiring them to complete their apprenticeships.
• Support team training and foster a positive work culture.
• Contribute to department strategies to meet sales and financial targets.
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.

• Qualified Butcher or experienced professional with a strong butchery background.
• Passionate about the butchery trade with a commitment to quality.
