We are seeking positive, engaging and driven individuals to join our customer-focused team. Are you a qualified or experienced Baker? Our Bakers are key members of our esteemed Bakery, central to delivering premium, high quality baked goods and providing outstanding customer service.

About the role 

This full-time role is perfect for a Baker looking to apply their expertise and continue to develop their skills in our innovative and dynamic environment. You’ll be an integral part of our customer-focused team, contributing to the creation of high-quality bread and sweet baked goods that delight our shoppers daily.

Key responsibilities 

• Produce a wide range of high-quality breads, sweets and other baked goods.
• Mentor, coach and train our Apprentices, inspiring the next generation of Bakers.
• Maintain exceptional merchandising standards and provide the great customer service New World is renowned for.

Hours 

Full-time hours, our Bakery operates between the hours of 03:00am – 8:30pm, 7 days a week. Days and hours will be discussed at the interview stage, and, will include a weekend day. 

About you 

• Qualified Baker or experienced professional with a strong baking background.
• Passion for Baking and the trade with a commitment to quality.
• Eager to contribute to the success of the team and product development.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
