Warehouse Maintenance Worker
About the Role:
As a Maintenance Person, you’ll join a team of 3 who work to keep our warehouse running smoothly. Every day will be different – you might be fixing equipment, assembling furniture, or giving things a fresh coat of paint. Here’s a look at some of the tasks you’ll tackle:
• Maintenance and repair: Fixing machinery (like wrapper machines) and minor metal work inlcuding regular racking repairs
• Assembly and general upkeep: Building furniture, painting walls, and doing touch-ups
• Cleaning and equipment care: Water blasting, clearing drains, and keeping our gear in top shape
This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn new skills and work with teammates who take pride in what they do and support each other every day.

About you:
No need for formal qualifications – we’re after someone practical, motivated, and keen to learn. Whether you’ve been a labourer, farm hand, currently working in a faciities maintenace / caretaker role or tinkered with tools in your spare time, we want to hear from you. Ideally, you’ll have:
• Experience with manual and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to problem-solve and take initiative
• A solid understanding of health and safety practices
• Good physical fitness as you’ll be on your feet all day and doing some lifting
• Bonus if you’ve had experience in a similar role or a trade!
