About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and friendly Warehouse Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
The focus of this position is the ongoing replenishment and presentation of stock to ensure that we not only meet our customer’s demands but achieve our goal of going above and beyond for customer service and consistently reflect our position as an industry leader.
Key Accountabilities:
- Complete checkout/sales processes in accordance with SOP
- Assist customers (at the checkout, front desk or on the warehouse floor) in line with service standards and refer any enquiries or problems as appropriate
- Complete stock replenishment and merchandising in line with SOP and guidelines
- Ensure all received goods meet all Food Safety requirements
What you'll bring:
- Be customer service driven – you’ll spend a lot of time helping our customers
- Previous experience in a grocery or warehousing environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
- A good level of physical fitness is essential, regular heavy lifting of up to 20 kgs is required
