About the role:
As our Training & Development Coordinator you'll be responsible for the coordination of training for all storeperson's into our Temperature Controlled Distribution Centre. Reporting to the Planning and Efficiency Manager, you'll ensure training is organised and communicated effectively as well as:
• Collaborate with trainers to give them the tools and support to offer the best training to our team members
• Ensure trainers have the tools and support they need to provide the best training
• Assist with designing and updating On Job Training for our existing team members
• Regular reporting on training operations
• Contributing towards reviews for our trainers
• Working to always ensure the best learning experience for all staff is your priority.
• Ensure all Training records are accurate and up to date
About you:
You’ll have a passion for training and development and ideally have experience in a similar faced paced environment. If that sounds like you, and you meet our other requirements below, we would love to hear from you:
• Experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for training and development
• A confident and effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across the business
• A tech savvy person who can pick up systems quickly
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Motivated self-starter with a can do attitude
• A patient nature
• And most importantly; a people person! – You must love helping people to learn and achieve their goals.
