About the role:

This role is a Fixed Term through to 26 June 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with store teams, building strong relationships and delivering training that’s engaging and practical
  • Create and refresh training materials that are easy to follow and accessible across different platforms.
  • Planning and coordinating what needs to happen before launch and keeping everything organised for a smooth roll out.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Change Management, Communications, Marketing, and Retail Business Partners to make sure training ties in with the wider programme.
  • Keep track of how training is received, using feedback and data to make improvements along the way.

About you:

You’ll bring excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of people. Above all, you’ll act as a trusted guide for store teams, helping them navigate and embrace change. Ideally you’ll also have:

  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying focused on the outcomes.
  • Retail and or FMCG industry experience, additionally having previous exposure to change projects or administering training would be beneficial.
  • Comfortable operating Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint and reporting dashboards in order to understand trends.
  • An eye for identifying gaps in knowledge and process and closing them though training and improvements.
