TSI Logistics Administration Coordinator
About the role:
As the TSI Logistics Administration Coordinator, you'll help keep the wheels turning behind the scenes by providing essential support across our transport operations. From handling supplier payments to maintaining key transport information, you'll make sure important day-to-day activities are completed on time and to a high standard.
Working alongside team members, contractors and service providers, you'll be a go-to person for coordinating information, resolving queries and keeping things on track. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas that make tasks simpler and improve efficiency.
This is an 8 month fixed - term role covering Parental Leave.
Key Accountabilities
- Process carrier, supplier and fleet maintenance invoices, including investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Update transport charges, fuel adjustment rates and related information within operational platforms.
- Monitor shared communications channels and ensure enquiries are actioned promptly.
- Coordinate documentation requirements with drivers, contractors and service providers.
- Contribute to standard operating procedures and initiatives that strengthen consistency.
About you:
You'll be someone who enjoys staying organised, takes pride in getting the details right, and follows through on commitments. You build rapport easily, communicate with confidence, and approach challenges with a practical mindset. Ideally, you'll also bring:
- Experience in an administration, customer service or office support position.
- Exposure to accounts-related activities and financial documentation.
- Strong capability across Microsoft Office applications.
- A professional and approachable telephone manner.
- Confidence working with a variety of people and adapting to different situations.

Curiosity, initiative and an interest in trying new ideas that can make work simpler, more effective or more efficient.
- Experience within transport, freight, warehousing or a similar environment would be beneficial.
