About the role:

As our Supply Chain Services Administrator, you'll be the first face people see as they enter our Hornby Distribution Centre. You'll be the go-to person for supporting team members, visitors, contractors and suppliers, providing great customer service and keeping site administration tasks on track.

 

Reporting to the Supply Chain Services Coordinator, you’ll support our Distribution Centre and wider Supply Chain team through a mix of customer service, administration and operational support.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for visitors, service providers and team members.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments and bookings to help teams stay organised and plan effectively.
  • Manage incoming mail, couriers and deliveries.
  • Keep workplace supplies stocked and organised.
  • Support apparel administration, including placing orders, responding to enquiries and helping improve the team member experience.
  • Provide administration support for key Supply Chain systems and processes, helping ensure our Distribution Centre operates smoothly and efficiently.

About you:

You're organised, approachable and enjoy working with a wide range of people. You pay attention to the little details and enjoy providing great support to those around you. Ideally, you'll also bring:

 

  • Previous administration or coordination experience.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organised.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage changing priorities in a busy environment.
  • A friendly, service-focused approach.
