Key responsibilities 

 

  • Inventory management
  • Achieving sales and gross profit
  • Ensuring the highest standards of merchandising
  • Organising, leading and coaching staff.
  • Maintaining our Health & Safety, and Food safety standards within the department.

 

Hours 

 

Full-time Sunday to Thursday 45 hours per week.

 

About you 

 

  • Proven experience within a Service deli or Seafood department
  • Proven Leadership skills
  • Dedication to customer service
  • Developed organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
