We’re on the hunt for an Assistant Manager to join our talented and energetic Service Deli team. A tight-knit team where everyone pitches in, everyone takes pride in the details, and no job is beneath anyone (yes, even the coleslaw gets treated like it’s the star of the show).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Second in Command - Work shoulder to shoulder with our Service Deli Manager to help lead the team, keep the department humming and maintain our high standards in every roast, salad and serve.
• Hands-On Food Prep & Service - From cooking and prepping, to serving customers and keeping the cabinets full and beautiful, you’ll be right in the thick of it. Leadership here means rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in.
• Attention to Detail - Whether it’s perfect presentation, consistent portioning or a spotless workspace, we take pride in the little things - and we do them properly.
• Stock, Orders & Displays - Keep an eye on stock levels, help with ordering and make sure our cabinets always look fresh, full and irresistible.
• Training and Development - Help to grow our team by coaching, training and developing others on the job. 

Hours:

• Days of work will be between Tuesday to Saturday.
• This is a full-time position (30+ hours), with exact hours and days to be discussed at the time of interview. 

About You:

• Experienced in Service Deli or Food Prep - You know your way around a commercial kitchen or deli environment and you’re confident with food safety and quality.
• Natural Leader - You’re steady, reliable and not afraid to get amongst it. You can communicate and lead our team to success. 
• Team Player - We help each other out, keep the pace up and enjoy the day while we’re at it.
• Detail-Driven - You notice when the cabinet needs a refresh or the chicken needs a few more minutes. That’s the kind of pride we love.
