About the role:

As the Sales Administrator – Meat & Seafood you’ll provide day to day administrative and operational support to the Meat & Seafood team, helping ensure product flow smoothly from supplier through to our member stores.

 

You’ll be responsible for processing orders through our store ordering system, allocating stock daily, maintaining pricing and keying orders accurately. You will work closely with buyers, suppliers and Distribution Centre teams to support procurement activity and optimise supply to stores.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Process Meat & Seafood orders through the store operating system
  • Complete daily stock allocation to support store demand
  • Maintain accurate pricing and article information
  • Key and manage orders for member stores with a high level of accuracy
  • Liaise with suppliers to maximise daily offers and market opportunities

About you:

You’ll be an organised, detail focused and enjoy working collaboratively with others to get things done. You communicate clearly, build strong working relationships and stay calm under pressure when priorities shift. Ideally you will also have:

 

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast - paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
  • An interest or exposure to the Meat and / or Seafood industry preferred but not essential.
