About the role:
As our SAP Supply Chain Functional Lead, you’ll drive the future of our SAP TM solutions. You’ll partner with stakeholders to understand transport and logistics strategies, translating them into SAP TM capabilities.
Joining a team of six, including five Analysts and a Software Team Leader, you’ll collaborate with our SAP Centre of Excellence contributing your expertise in Transport Management. This is an environment designed to foster knowledge-sharing and alignment across Functional Leads in the cooperative.
Key accountabilities:
- Act as the subject matter expert for SAP TM for our Supply Chain
- Collaborate with our Supply Chain and Digital Services teams to deliver integrated SAP processes, improving visibility, accuracy and responsiveness
- Provide mentorship and leadership to functional analysts and junior consultants within the SAP team.
- Shape the functional roadmap for the supply chain digital transformation, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise architecture and strategic objectives.
About you:
About You:
You’ll serve as a Transport Management (TM) SME, equally at ease with detailed work and strategic thinking, supporting your team to strengthen their skills and knowledge. Ideally, you’ll also have:
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP Supply Chain modules and at least 3 of those focused on SAP TM, SAP LBN, and SAP EWM.
- Proven success leading SAP TM enhancements in complex, multi-site transport and logistics environments.
- Strong skills in SAP TM & EWM end to end configuration, solution design, and process optimisation.
- Excellent interpersonal and team working capability.
- A great communicator with the ability to work with everyone from end users to senior leaders.
