Retail Support Analyst
About the role:
As a Retail Support Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the rollout and ongoing changes to new technology across our supply chain, retail stores, and support office. Your work will help us advance how we use technology in the most efficient and effective way possible.
Sitting at the heart of our retail team, you’ll provide a mix of administration support, troubleshooting, data analysis, and scenario assessments - working closely with retail stores, Digital Services, and Supply Chain teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming queries and scenarios from stores, identify issues, and work through processes to determine root causes.
- Complete data analysis tasks, including validating information, checking system behaviour, and ensuring outcomes align with expected business processes.
- Assist with cutover activities, including data checks, task completion, and retail actions.
- Provide clear updates and communication to stores and internal teams, ensuring retail issues are understood and resolved quickly.
About you:
Ideally, you’ll have experience in a retail or FMCG environment – perhaps you’re currently working in a supermarket or a support office role. You’ll bring a strong mix of technical capability and retail understanding, along with:
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down scenarios and identify root causes.
- Confidence working with data, reports, and system information during cutover and go-live phases.
- A process-driven mindset, understanding how retail processes connect and spotting where something has slipped out of alignment.
- The ability to work effectively with retail, digital, and supply chain teams, translating store queries into actionable outcomes.
- Clear communication skills and comfort responding to queries in a fast-paced environment.
