About the role:

As our Retail Business Partner Manager for PAK’nSAVE South Island, you’ll lead a high-performing team dedicated to supporting our Owner Operators and Store Managers across the South Island reach their full potential. You’ll drive operational excellence, support our stores to achieve commercial targets and customer experience goals, and ensure our stores align with brand strategy and objectives.

About you:

You’ll be an experienced leader with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and driving high performance. As someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, you’ll be an expert at balancing strategic oversight with hands-on operational support. Your ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders will be key to your success. Ideally, you’ll also be:


•    Experienced in leading teams within a complex retail environment, with a focus on driving commercial and operational success.
•    A strategic thinker with the ability to develop, implement, and optimise business processes to improve store performance.
•    An excellent communicator and relationship-builder, able to engage with diverse stakeholders and drive positive change.
•    Knowledgeable in SAP, stock management, financial planning, and workforce optimisation, with a strong commercial acumen.
•    Committed to continuous improvement, always looking for ways to enhance business outcomes and customer experiences.
