About the role:
As a Retail Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting our New World stores operate at their full potential. By working closely with Owner Operators and Store Managers, you’ll provide expert guidance to enhance financial performance, streamline operations, and operational best practice. Your insights will be key in ensuring we are delivering a seamless customer experience.
About you:
You’ll be a natural relationship-builder with experience either leading or partnering with key stakeholders in a similar industry. You enjoy helping others succeed, providing hands-on support to solve challenges, and ensuring best practices are consistently applied across multiple stores. Ideally, you’ll also be:
- Experienced in supermarket or retail store operations, with a deep understanding of commercial and financial drivers.
- A strong communicator and influencer, able to engage with diverse stakeholders and build trust.
- Somone who thrives on problem-solving and process improvement, always looking for ways to do things better.
- Knowledgeable in SAP, stock management, and workforce planning.
