Our Produce Department is central to our store’s reputation and success. We are looking for a leader who can maintain high standards and drive continued growth.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take full ownership of the Produce Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a high-performing team with clarity, accountability, and energy
• Managing buying, stock rotation, and visual merchandising
• Achieving departmental KPIs, wage targets, and shrinkage goals
• Driving quality, efficiency, and health & food safety standards
• Coaching and developing team members to reach their potential

• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• A keen eye for product quality and presentation

This is a full-time position (Tuesday – Saturday) with early starts.
