About the role:

As our Process Improvement Lead, you’ll drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation across Foodstuffs South Island. You’ll lead, coach, and develop two high-performing Business Process Analysts – celebrating wins and fostering a positive team culture. Reporting to our Head of Communications and sitting within our People & Capability Function, your other key responsibilities include:

 

  • Managing core projects and ensuring alignment back to Foodies’ operational goals
  • Collaborating with leaders and teams across the cooperative to drive improvement across systems and processes
  • Developing our continuous improvement capability and methodologies
  • Support in the planning and prioritisation of improvement initiatives

About you:

We’re proud of our Foodies team, and we are looking for someone who can add to our vibrant team culture. You might have a background in Change Management, Business Process, Business Improvement, or as a non-technical Business Analyst, Representative, or Specialist. In addition, you’ll also have:

 

  • Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and/or developing a team ideally within a process improvement team
  • Strong influencing and relationship management skills with the ability to tailor communication to all levels of an organisation
  • Experience with small to medium sized technology implementations
  • Strong organisation skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities
