About the role
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Platform and Engineering Delivery Lead to lead our Private Cloud and Infrastructure team. This is a very unique time to join our large and supportive team.
This role will work on numerous BAU, Continuous Improvement and Project workstreams while supervising the day-to-day team resources and leading by example. You will collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to design and map solutions that meet business requirements, the strategy, development, and management of our enterprise network.
This role based in our Christchurch Support Office and are permanent full-time (Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours).
About you
- An IT related tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree in an IT related field)
- Microsoft MCSE and VMware VCP qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, including management and managing IT infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience in architecture and design related to IT infrastructure
- Proficiency in Cloud migrations and operating models
- People leadership experience and project management skills
- Experience in server performance measurement and computer architecture analysis
- Understanding of server storage technologies
