What you'll bring:

Key Responsibilities of the role are:


•    Support team members involved in payroll processing
•    Process weekly wages for Four Square stores
•    File Payroll Reports with Inland Revenue
•    Deal with Payroll Enquires from stores
•    Deal with all Payroll tasks relating to store change of ownerships
•    Manage a dedicated Payroll Inbox
•    Perform regular reviews of payrolls prepared by other team members
•    Carry out administrative duties relating to Payroll
•    Perform ad hoc tasks/projects as requested by the Accountancy Services Manager


Some of the key skills and competencies we are looking for: 

•    Minimum three years’ experience as a payroll professional within a medium sized company
•    Good working knowledge and usage of MYOB payroll systems is preferable but not essential
•    Experience in working as part of a multi-disciplinary team 
•    Solid understanding of payroll related legislation and legal compliance
•    Experience dealing with the Inland Revenue and ability to identify and resolve compliance issues
•    Previous payroll help-desk or consulting experience though not essential, would be an advantage.
•    Previous experience in process improvement projects an advantage
•    Excellent communications skill both written and oral
