Full-Time Online Supervisor

 

We are seeking a motivated person to fill the Online Shopping Supervisor role who reports to the Online Manager.

 

The Online Supervisor is required to help manage, plan and organise the day-to-day running of the store’s Online team and Online shopping department in accordance to best practice policies and procedures. The Online Supervisor needs to ensure all tasks are efficiently and accurately completed in a timely, professional manner thereby encouraging customers to make repeated online purchases.

 

They are also responsible for handling all Online customer enquiries/complaints and using their product knowledge and customer service skills to make sales and encourage repeat business.

 

This is a permanent Full-Time position, days and hours are: 

 

      Tuesday - Saturday – 5.00am – 2pm

 

You will be working in a fast paced and fun team environment, with a friendly and helpful team of people to work alongside in the busy hands-on role. There is the opportunity to learn new skills and potential to take on new areas of responsibility. Full training is provided.

 

The successful applicant will need:

 

  • Experience in the Grocery industry or relevant equivalent industry.
  • Leadership skills
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Understand the importance of customer service.
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.

 

Your day to day:

 

  • Supervising Online shopping
  • Picking, packing and processing customer’s online shopping orders (basic computer skills required)
  • Transporting customers online shopping orders from the store to their vehicle throughout the day in a timely and safe manner while providing the highest standard of excellent customer service (our concierge service)
  • Helping and assisting customers on the shop floor while shopping for customer orders
  • Cleaning and organising online areas and equipment
  • Working in Grocery to fill shelves during downtime in the Online department.
  • Adhering to all Health and Safety and Food Safety standards
  • Assisting with inventory from time to time.
