Online Picker/Driver

With our rapidly growing Click & Collect and Home Delivery services, we’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our Online team as an Online Department Picker/Driver. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced supermarket environment and takes pride in delivering great service to customers.
As a valued member of our Online operation, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking and packing online orders and delivering them safely and on time to our customers’ homes.

Position Details
This is a permanent position with the following rostered hours:
Friday: 6:00am – 2:30pm (Picking shift)
Saturday: 8:30am – 4:30pm (Driving shift)

We’re looking for someone who has:
- A strong commitment to excellent customer service
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Clear communication and a friendly, professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to be part of a team
- A full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence (essential)

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking and packing online customer orders
- Completing safe, efficient home deliveries in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling customer orders with care to ensure quality and accuracy
- Following Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well organised Online work area
- Assisting with customer queries and resolving issues as they arise
- Supporting the Online team to ensure smooth daily operations
