We’re looking for an Online Manager who leads with purpose and drives performance on the floor.

The Role:

As Online Manager, you’ll lead the full end-to-end operation of our fast-paced and well-established Online department — from order pick to pack to Click & Collect. You’ll ensure the team continues to deliver accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service.

You’ll bring strong business acumen, operational confidence, and the kind of leadership that motivates people to be at their best. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you lead by example — actively involved on the shop floor and always looking for ways to improve.

This is a full-time position with early starts (5.00am) and will include one weekend day.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Leading a high-performing Online team with clarity, accountability, and energy
• Owning departmental KPIs and wage targets — and delivering against them
• Ensuring accuracy and excellence across all online orders
• Supporting and developing the team to ensure strong success
• Driving health & safety, efficiency, and operational improvements

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced retail, logistics or operational environment
• Strong commercial acumen — confident managing budgets, KPIs, and outcomes
• A lead-by-example mindset with a presence on the shop floor
• A calm and clear communicator who can motivate under pressure
• Proficiency with systems and strong organisational capability
