Online 2IC – Step Up and Lead From the Front!

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Online 2IC to help lead our high-performing Online department. With a strong focus on teamwork, customer experience, and efficiency this is a great step up for someone ready to grow in a leadership role.

About the role:

As our Online 2IC, you’ll support the Online Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly—from pick to pack to customer pickup. You’ll help lead the team, deliver excellent service, and be someone who gets real satisfaction from hitting targets and driving success.

Your focus will include:

• Supporting daily operations in the Online department
• Coaching and guiding team members
• Coordinating rosters, workflow, and customer service
• Working to achieve departmental KPIs and meet budget targets
• Leading by example and jumping in wherever needed

This is a full-time role Tuesday – Saturday (Tues/Thurs 5.00am – 2pm, Wed/Fri/Sat 5.00am – 2.00pm)
