Office Administrator – Full-Time
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our enthusiastic and motivated team. This position is also responsible for coordinating administrative processes across the store.

We're looking for an Office Administrator who can support the day-to-day running of our busy store and help keep everything ticking along behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks
- Processing payroll and assisting with onboarding requirements
- Maintaining employee records
- Managing invoice entry and loading promotions
- Assist with staff inductions, including issuing uniforms
- Provide administrative support to department managers as required
- Laundry when required
- General office duties when required
About You
Ideally, you will have experience in the grocery industry, preferably within a supermarket environment, and demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills at all levels
- Commitment to food safety, workplace safety, and customer service
- Good computer skills and confidence using a range of software packages
What You'll Bring:
- Excellent time management and great attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems
- Knowledge of payroll systems
- High level of initiative and commitment
Position Details
- Full-time role: 30-35 hours per week Monday to Friday
