About the role:
As our Merchandise Systems Support Assistant you will support our Category & Promotions team as well as our supplier community. Ensuring that our business systems are effective and efficient, with well supported end users is a key mark of success for this role.
This role is fixed term for a 6 month period.
About you:
You'll be technically minded with an eye for detail, open to learning our systems and keen to develop the skills required in this role. Ideally you will also have:
- High competency across Microsoft tools and or experience in other system support roles would be an advantage
- Clear and effective communication across all levels of the business
- Quick to establish strong and effective business relationships
We will provide you with all the tools, training and support you need to succeed in this role.
