About the role:

As the Management Accountant - Trents Wholesale & Murdoch Manufacturing, you will provide analysis and support to the Trents (Wholesale) and Murdochs (Manufacturing) teams , ensuring they have the information required to make sound and informed business decisions. You will assist with identifying process improvement opportunities with the Finance function, support the preparation of monthly management accounts. You will have key relationships with the wider Finance team and the Trents and Murdochs leadership and operations teams. 

This role is fixed term for a 12 month period. 

About you:

You will be an experienced accounting professional with experience in a FMCG business or similar. Ideally you will also have: 

  • Minimum of 3 years Finance experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to solve financial issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of staff in a clear and concise manner.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Personable with excellent relationship skills.
  • University qualification in Accounting, or equivalent type qualification. CA qualification desired but not essential 
  • Minimum of 5 years Finance experience
  • Experience in SAP.
