About the role:

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead the coordination and execution of maintenance activities across our Distribution Centre. You’ll ensure our buildings, plant and equipment are operating safely, efficiently and with minimal downtime.

This is a hands on leadership role, overseeing a team of four,  balancing preventative maintenance planning with reactive problem solving. Working closely with our Distribution Centre Leadership, contractors and internal teams to ensure compliance safety and operational continuity, while driving continuous improvement in maintenance process and performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate day to day maintenance activities across the Distribution Centre
  • Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and disruption
  • Oversee contractors and external service providers, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to standard
  • Support capital works and site improvement projects in partnership with DC leadership
  • Ensure all plant, equipment and facilities meet safety, compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Management maintenance records, documentation and reporting

About you:

You’ll be a practical, solutions focused leader who understands the importance of reliable infrastructure in a high vole environment. You’re calm under pressure, technically capable and confident managing both people and contractors. Ideally you’ll also have:

 

  • Proven experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role within industrial, warehouse or logistics environments
  • Strong knowledge of building services, plant and warehouse equipment
  • Experience managing contractors and service providers
  • Sound understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with operational leaders
