About the role:
We are currently seeking a full time Maintenance Person with a passion for providing a quality maintenance service and is interested in working at our Hornby Distribution Centre.
The successful applicant will be required to carry out a wide variety of duties.
The duties assigned to this role include hands-on day to day general maintenance and will suit an applicant with general handyperson skills such as, but not limited to:
• Operating equipment used in skilled trades, power and hand tools
• Metalwork, machinery work and repair
• Cleaning duties such as; floors, equipment, yards, chiller room, unblocking drains and toilets, water blasting etc
• Painting
About you:
You will need to be a friendly and reliable person who:
• Takes pride in your work
• Has an eye for detail
• Is a thinker and problem solver
• Can act independently at times
• Has the ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines
At times, you may need to move heavy items, so a reasonable level of fitness and strength is required. A current forklift licence would be advantageous.
