Learning & Development Business Partner
About the role
As a Learning & Development Business Partner you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering learning solutions that enable the confidence, capability and commitment of our people across a large, complex and forward looking organisation.
Partnering closely with Market Owners and leaders across our Support Office, you’ll be a trusted advisor who understands the business context and translates strategy into practical, high impact learning. Alongside generalist L&D activity, this role has a strong focus on lifting leadership capability across the co-operative, building strong leaders who drive performance, culture and long - term success.
About you
You’re a proactive, self starting L & D professional who thrives on partnership, influence and making a real difference. You’re curious by nature, comfortable working autonomously and skilled at getting to the heart of learning challenges to drive meaningful change. Ideally you’ll also bring:
- A strong background in learning, training or organisational development
- Proven experience partnering with leaders and teams to achieve positive learning and performance outcomes
- Demonstrated leadership development experience, including delivery of programmes and initiatives
- A well developed coaching skill set with practical experience supporting individual growth
- Experience designing and facilitating workshops, programmes or short courses.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
