About the role:

As a Lead Commercial Analyst, you’ll provide high quality financial analysis to aid planning and optimal commercial decision making for our categories. Working and operating within our Merchandise team, you’ll provide insights, challenge assumptions and help communicate the numbers in a way that influences how our category and buying teams make decisions.

This new role is a great step for someone looking to take on people leadership while deepening their commercial experience in our growing Merchandise Commercial team. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and coach as well as contributing insights, analysis and recommendations to the Merchandise team.  

About you:

You’ll be an experienced Commercial, Category or Financial Analyst looking for a new challenge. What matters most is your ability to bring financial thinking to life and work collaboratively with others to drive outcomes. Ideally you’ll also have:

  • Established background in finance
  • Previous experience in commercial / business partnering roles
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build trusting relationships with all levels of staff
  • The ability to turn data into insights and communicate these to a variety of stakeholders.
