We are currently seeking a talented Knife Hand who takes pride in producing quality products to join our busy Butchery Team.

Your Role
You will be responsible for assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the Butchery Department, ensuring we produce high quality fresh cuts of meat, across a maximum range for our customers. You'll be working alongside experienced professionals who value collaboration and shared success.

What We Need
We're on the hunt for someone hardworking and positive who:
- Has butchery or knife hand experience
- Has a genuine passion for the trade
- Is physically fit (can lift 20kg)
- Can work quickly and efficiently
This is a full-time role, Sunday – Thursday (6.00am – 2.30pm).
