About the role:

As our Fresh Foods Operations Systems Support, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of key admin and systems support for our Fresh Foods Retail Operations team. You’ll use Upshop to support recipe management and labelling, SAP for reporting and analysis plus Sharepoint management.

You’ll lead the day-to-day maintenance of training guides, system updates and store communications – making sure our Fresh Food Operations team have the tools, insights and support they need to guide our member stores.

This role is a 12 month Fixed - Term role covering Parental Leave.

About you:

You’ll be a proactive, tech-savvy administrator or admin support with a eye for detail and passion in helping others thrive. Ideally you’ll also bring:

• The ability to share knowledge and work in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same.
• Proven experience in data analysis or reporting in a retail / sales environment
• Experience using Upshop or a similar labelling and recipe system – or you’re eager to learn
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using tools like Excel, SAP or Jira is a bonus
• A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively or independently at times
