About the role:
As our Fresh Foods Operations Systems Support, you’ll be our Upshop technical subject matter expert (SME), and lead the daily requirements of managing recipes and labelling support through the Upshop platform. You’ll support the Fresh Foods Retail Operations team with SAP analysis of retail stores financial performance, executing key projects, and administrative support as required.
Key accountabilities:
- Managing the recipe inbox – responding to inquiries and resolving issues from stores (labeling and recipe) relating to all fresh food departments
- Assisting store owners and managers with recipe set up within the Upshop system and providing technical support
- Ownership of Upshop training guides and updating all training material as required
- Assist with future enhancement requests and testing within Upshop
- Ongoing functional testing of the Upshop application including but not limited to cost data validation, user roles and permissions and IOS application testing
- Creation of new products through Upshop
This role is based in our Christchurch office and is a permanent full-time position (Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week). The offered base salary will be between $75,000 and $81,000 depending on your skills and experience.
About you:
We need someone who can hit the ground running, and are looking for someone who has:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least 3 years relevant experience.
- Proven experience with ‘Upshop’ recipes and labelling digital platform.
- Proven experience in Data Analysis.
- SAP experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the fresh food industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
