About the role:
As our Commercial Analyst Financial Planning you’ll support the implementation and testing of OneStream (EPM tool) across our Finance Division. This is a significant finance transformation which will shape how financial information is reported and delivered for Foodstuffs South Island.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translate FSSI requirements into OneStream configurations
- Support data migration and system testing to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Contribute to the setup of planning templates, financial models and reports
- Assist with reconciliation workflows and integration with core finance systems
- Validate reporting outputs to ensure consistency across FSSI business units
Reporting to our Finance Planning Manager, you’ll collaborate with our wider finance team, Digital Services, project teams and external consultants to ensure the tool is fit for purpose and set up correctly from the get-go.
This is a 6-month fixed term role to support the successful implementation of the OneStream tool.
About you:
You’ll be a Financial Analyst or Finance professional with familiarity with enterprise performance management (EPM) systems or financial software. You’ll be an excellent communicator with the ability to engage across all levels. Ideally you will also have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- 5+ years financial experience
- Experience testing new systems
- Exposure to system implementation or transformation projects
- Previous knowledge or previous experience working in the FMCG
