About the role:
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be the right hand to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). You’ll provide comprehensive executive and administrative support, ensuring our CFO can operate efficiently and effectively in his role.
Your key accountabilities include:
- Managing the CFO’s diary, emails, and travel arrangements
- Collaborate closely with the EAs of our CEO and other General Managers
- Preparing reports, presentations, and financial documents
- Coordinating key meetings and ensuring follow-ups are actioned
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
As our office is based in Christchurch, we are looking for someone based in the Garden City for this part-time role. Hours of work are roughly 20 hours per week from Monday to Thursday. There may be some flexibility for the right person.
About you:
You'll be an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in supporting CFOs or senior executives within the banking or financial services sector. We need someone to hit the ground running, so ideally you will also have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a large, complex organisation
- Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong emotional intelligence
- A high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to pivot seamlessly in fast-paced environments
