Evening Duty Manager

Your day to day:

• Working alongside the Dry Goods leadership team to ensure daily tasks run smoothly
• Report to the Dry Goods leadership team to execute the daily tasks 
• Organising and delegating tasks for our team of retail assistants.
• Helping and assisting customers on the shop floor – making sure they have an amazing shopping experience with us!
• Presenting stock so it is accessible and looks great
• Ensuring great presentation of our fresh foods courtyard throughout the evening
• Adhering to all food safety and health and safety standards
• Working with our Checkout leadership team to help resolve any customer issues.
• Assisting with loss prevention.

The days and hours of this role are Tuesday to Saturday – 1:30pm to 10pm 

What we need from you:

• Relevant experience in a retail environment or similar leadership experience.
• Outstanding people skills - you will spend a lot of your time interacting with your team and customers. 
• The ability to self-manage and work efficiently – organisation and prioritisation skills are important here!
• Good physical fitness for lifting and moving stock around
• Current forklift license
