About the role
As our Enterprise Architect, you’ll lead our Architecture function, ensuring roadmaps are clearly defined and align with Foodies’ objectives and strategy. Skilled at presenting to Senior Leaders and key stakeholders across the business, you’ll tailor your approach to suit your audience and collaborate with leaders across the business to find technology solutions that are secure, scalable, and meet regulatory requirements.
You’ll drive innovation, continuous improvement, and foster a high-performance culture across your team. You’ll celebrate the wins, and you won’t be one to shy away from the difficult conversations. About you
You’ll be someone who balances their technical expertise in Enterprise architecture with demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills. In addition to holding a similar role in a large and complex IT service environment, you’ll also have:
- Proficiency in developing, presenting, and delivering architectures within an enterprise architecture framework.
- A deep understanding of Enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF or Zachman).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and/or developing a team ideally within an architecture function
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including identifying and working through business trade-offs.
