We're Hiring: Duty Manager (Full-Time or Part-Time) - New World Northwood Supermarket

Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? New World Northwood is looking for a duty manager to join our team, working afternoon and evening shifts (up to 9pm closing time). If you're passionate about great customer service and would love the challenge of keeping a store running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting the team during afternoon and evening operations
• Ensuring our customers enjoy an exceptional shopping experience
• Overseeing and completing daily store tasks and closing procedures
• Handling any issues that arise with confidence and professionalism
• Keeping the store clean, safe, and running efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Leadership experience in FMCG or retail
• Reliable, proactive, and hands-on
• Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet
• Able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
• A genuine customer-focused attitude
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Available to work one weekend day
