Duty Manager - PAK'nSAVE Riccarton

We are a busy Christchurch supermarket seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our fantastic team as our Late Afternoon / Evening Duty Manager.

The successful applicant should have experience working in a supermarket environment and be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

• Proven leadership skills, including performance management and experience with large teams

Key responsibilities include:

• Uphold high merchandising standards
• Support Department Managers with store operations
• Conduct daily/nightly department checks
• Assist managers in meeting financial targets
• Ensure excellent store and staff presentation
• Maintain Health & Food Safety compliance
• Support owners in elevating store standards
• Supervise the store in management’s absence
• Assist all departments as needed
