Key Responsibilities:
- Exceeding customer service expectations
- Duty management
- Collaborating with sales representatives and supplier managers to strategise, plan, and execute in-store initiatives
- Maintaining a high level of presentation in the dry goods departments
- Managing operations and purchasing to meet customer needs
- Leading, organising, and coaching staff
- Ensuring product standards are consistently met
- Implementing Food and Health and Safety requirements
- Monitoring and managing processes and ordering to minimise waste
- Achieving sales, gross profit, and wage budgets

- Experience in grocery buying
This is a full-time, salaried position, reporting directly to the Store Manager. You will oversee the Grocery, General Merchandise, Dairy, Frozen, and Liquor departments. This role is perfect for an experienced manager looking for a new and exciting challenge.
