Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Exceeding customer service expectations
  • Duty management
  • Collaborating with sales representatives and supplier managers to strategise, plan, and execute in-store initiatives
  • Maintaining a high level of presentation in the dry goods departments
  • Managing operations and purchasing to meet customer needs
  • Leading, organising, and coaching staff
  • Ensuring product standards are consistently met
  • Implementing Food and Health and Safety requirements
  • Monitoring and managing processes and ordering to minimise waste
  • Achieving sales, gross profit, and wage budgets

This is a full-time, salaried position, reporting directly to the Store Manager. You will oversee the Grocery, General Merchandise, Dairy, Frozen, and Liquor departments. This role is perfect for an experienced manager looking for a new and exciting challenge.
