About the role


Join our team as a Continuous Improvement Specialist and embark on an exciting journey of enhancing processes and driving measurable improvements. In this role, you'll proactively collaborate with various stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, leveraging your insights to enact measurable changes. 

 

Your key responsibilities will extend beyond analysing and redesigning processes. You’ll be at the forefront of managing end-to-end process reviews, planning and conducting stakeholder forums, and identifying and supporting the implementation of automation solutions to deliver significant value. Your expertise will be crucial in employing LEAN methodologies to develop solutions that yield significant value and efficiency gains.

About you

 

  • Minimum 3 years of Business Process Improvement experience within a large, complex business ideally within a FMCG environment. 
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of LEAN principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Proficient in process mapping, data analysis, problem-solving, and process performance analysis.
  • Strong initiative and ability to self-manage projects effectively.
  • Proven ability to engage and empower stakeholders, taking them on the improvement journey.
  • Experience with process improvement within an SAP ERP environment is advantageous.
