About the role:

As our Communications Administrator & Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our people connected and informed, supporting internal events and day-to-day communications to ensure a smooth experience for our teams and visitors.

 

You’ll also provide support at reception, creating a welcoming environment for guests and helping with mail, print centre tasks, and general admin support as needed.

 

This is an 8 month fixed – term role covering Parental Leave.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and send internal communications using tools like Teams, Canva, Mailchimp, and Outlook
  • Oversee the team calendar to ensure timely and consistent messaging
  • Support teams and stakeholders with communication requests, ensuring clarity and alignment
  • Monitor shared inboxes for communications and events, triaging and directing requests to the right people

About you:

You may be a recent graduate, looking to build on previous office or admin-based roles or looking to develop your career in a large organisation. You’ll be a confident communicator who enjoys connecting people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’re organised, adaptable, and comfortable working with a range of stakeholders. Ideally, you’ll also bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and engaging messaging
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word and Excel with the ability to keep communications flowing, calendars organised, and collaboration easy
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A friendly, approachable nature and a genuine interest in creating great experiences for colleagues and visitors
  • A willingness to learn and pitch in wherever needed to support the team
