We are a busy Christchurch supermarket looking for a motivated and friendly individual to join our fantastic Chilled, Frozen and Liquor (CFL) team as our Chilled, Frozen & Liquor Supervisor.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take the next step in their career.

You will be supporting the Chilled, Frozen and Liquor Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

The successful applicant will need to have knowledge of FMCG industry, preferably having worked in a supermarket inventory department and able to demonstrate the following attributes:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading a team and organising day to day operations
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every step.
• Demonstrate reliability, honesty, and a positive attitude.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments as needed.
• Upholding expected standards of food safety across all aspects of daily operations.
• Maintaining of our Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards.
• This position reports directly to the Chilled, Frozen & Liquor Manager.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Applicants must hold New Zealand Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or a valid New Zealand Work Permit.

This role is a full-time role.
