Job Title: Part-Time Checkout Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time Checkout Supervisor to join our team at Fendalton New World. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise checkout operators to ensure excellent service.
• Manage staff breaks and daily schedules.
• Handle customer inquiries and refunds.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure till accuracy.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts.
• Must be able to work 1 weekend shift as well as evening 15-20 hours.
