Checkout Supervisor

 

As a Checkout Supervisor at New World Northwood, you’ll be at the forefront of our busy Checkout department, providing great customer service and helping to lead and organise the Checkout team.

 

Key responsibilities 

 

  • Customer service – scanning and packing groceries
  • Organising the checkout team
  • Authorising alcohol/ tobacco purchases

 

Hours 

 

Full-time position / days and hours to be discussed at interview.

 

About you 

 

  • You will have a passion for excellent customer service.
  •  Be able to work well as part of a team, but also able to complete tasks unassisted.
  • Have a positive approach to the day and have a can - do attitude.
  • Ability to show initiative and be honest and reliable.
  • A Liquor Duty Manager's Certificate would be an advantage.
