This is an exciting opportunity for someone with café leadership, supervisory, or management experience who is ready to make their mark. We are seeking a hands-on leader who can oversee day-to-day café operations, inspire the team, and elevate our food offering to create an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
As Café Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the café while identifying opportunities to improve operations, enhance our cabinet and food offerings, and grow customer engagement.
You will work closely with store management to ensure the café continues to deliver high standards of quality, presentation, service, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations
- Prepare quality coffee, beverages, and food
- Develop and improve the café food offering
- Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and food safety
- Manage ordering, stock control, and waste minimisation
- Support and train café team members
- Work with store management to grow the café business
What We're Looking For
- Proven café or hospitality experience
- Previous supervisory or café management experience preferred
- Strong barista skills
- Passion for food, presentation, and customer service
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements

Hours
Permanent Sunday-Thursday 6.30am-1.30pm (32.5 hours).
