Butchery Manager - Raeward Fresh Tower Junction

Raeward Fresh Tower Junction are seeking a Butchery Manager. You may already be a Butchery Manager and you are looking for a change of scenery, or you may be an experienced butcher 2IC looking to step up either way, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for someone who has a great work ethic and standards; enjoys interacting with people and has a switched-on, can-do attitude. Someone who is totally committed to the challenge of achieving all aspects of the department in a timely and professional manner to build on our Butchery offer.

The successful applicant will be:

Passionate about delivering high quality fresh product. Willing to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations on product and service. Able to communicate well and manage a small team. Manage stock levels and financial targets. Ordering/SAP experience preferred.

Skills required for this position include:

• A Butchery Trade Qualification
• Previous purchasing and inventory control experience
• Solid computer skills including the ability to use spreadsheets
• High standards of workmanship
• Be honest and reliable
• Commitment to follow Health & Safety and Food Safety programme requirements
• A positive attitude
• Team Player
