About the role:

As a Business within the Transformation team, you’ll play a key role in understanding how we work today and designing smarter, more efficient ways of working for the future.

 

You’ll dive into processes, data, systems, and stakeholder needs across our co – op from suppliers and supply chain to the Support Centre and in-store operations. You’ll define opportunities for improvement, support efficiency analysis, and collaborate with teams to develop and implement new processes and technology that enable lasting change.

 

This is a 12 month fixed term role supporting project ‘Beeline’ and the transformation team covering current business process and modelling for the future, KPI’s and tracking benefits.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Map and document current business processes and commercial data flows across the Cooperative.
  • Support efficiency analysis and modelling across stores, supply chain, support centre, and supplier operations.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, assess opportunities, and plan solutions.
  • Provide business input into solution design, system enhancements, and testing activities.

About you:

You’ll be a proactive and curious problem-solver who loves understanding how things work. You’re organised, collaborative, and comfortable leading conversations that challenge the status quo in a constructive way. Ideally you’ll also have:

 

  • Experience in business analysis roles, ideally in large business change programmes.
  • The ability to prioritise, juggle multiple streams of work, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders.
  • Experience in retail or FMCG preferred.
