Bakery Assistant

Are you a bakery assistant looking for a change or a fresh new challenge?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Bakery team. The work environment is busy and dynamic, and will require the successful applicant to be able to work fast and efficiently whilst maintaining excellent customer service. The successful applicant would ideally would have some experience in a bakery and supermarket environment. 

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to assist our bakers in making our top specialty items. This will include our instore made breads to our beautifully decorated cakes. There will also be day to day tasks of packing and cleaning duties as well. 

The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

• Demonstrate a high standard of workmanship 
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
• Be a team player 
• Be able to comply with our health and safety and food safety programmes.

Your hours of work will be on a roster that involves weekend days and includes a mix of early and late starts which will be discussed at the time of the interview.
